Mt. Olympus Performance Group is what most women executives are missing in their careers. You don’t just need a mentor. You need experienced fighters. Women who have climbed the corporate ladder, dealt with the politicking superiors, managed tricky clients, and navigated overzealous co-workers. Our clients range from C-suite executives to fast growing entrepreneurs, and we have a pro-bono program specifically designed for girls in high school from underserved populations. We’re here to provide executive and performance coaching to women specifically focused on climbing the corporate or business world’s ladders, who need real strategies navigating clients and office politics, and are ready to check off high-performance goals. We do this through our tested approach that hits three areas: mental resilience, financial growth, and holistic wellness.

Jessica Casucci is the founder and CEO of Mt. Olympus Performance Group, a firm that provides high-impact science and research-based executive and performance coaching to women. With 18+ years experience as a corporate attorney, who climbed the ranks to achieve partner at one of the big four financial services firms, Jessica managed teams of 100’s of individuals and became 1 of only 2 women at her firm nominated for the 30% Club Mentorship Program. Less than 30% of women are on Fortune 500 boards, and Jessica was nominated to this program for her work and to increase the odds. She was responsible for her team’s annual and quarterly review and compensation process, so she knows what it takes to be recognized and fairly compensated in Corporate America. Jessica is also a certified yoga instructor, integrative health coach, and licensed financial advisor, all of which informs her approach to Mt. Olympus Performance Group’s curriculums and programs. After struggling to climb the corporate ladder and reach the level of success that she hit, she became increasingly passionate about helping other women develop strategies for faster acceleration in their careers that would leave them feeling strong, supported, and excited, rather than burnt out, depleted, and frustrated. The company is named Mt. Olympus because it was inspired by the ancient greek mythological home of the Gods, which the Olympic Games take their name from. It’s a place of aspirational and inspirational leadership. The pinnacle of achievement and excellence. Everything Jessica does is to help you get out there, gold metal in hand.

I’ve known Jessica for nearly a decade. We met when I supported her as an HR Business Partner. I’m consistently impressed by her ability to mentor and uplift those around her. She leads by example and truly fosters the development of those she interacts with. Jessica is passionate about diversity, coaching, being a constant learner, and doing what’s right even if it’s not popular. Every interaction with her leaves me even more energized, as she will challenge you to be the best that you can be. I’m so thankful that there are people like her in this world.

Did you know…

More than 50 percent of Americans are not satisfied with their career?

Multiple studies have demonstrated that psychological and physical well-being are required for job satisfaction. And as women who juggle more responsibilities at work and at home compared to men, we need real support to bust through glass ceilings and to get to the next levels in our careers.

Do any of these sound familiar to you?

Well we’ve got you… and more importantly, we’ve been there…

At Mt. Olympus, we take a no-BS approach to tearing down the old-school corporate and locker-room culture, creating programs designed for the specific issues and concerns of women and girls. We create safe spaces to encourage women to take risks and go after their goals. Where they can both DREAM & ACHIEVE big things.

Whether your goals are starting your own company, asking for that big raise or prepping for anything from a job interview to a Ted Talk, Mt. Olympus uses proven, integrative techniques from the areas of positive psychology, mental performance and executive coaching to form our unique scientific approach to success. We’ll take you from where you are to where you want to be and beyond.

ASPIRE to greatness.
ACHIEVE success.
INSPIRE leadership.

We truly believe for peak performance you need to look at people holistically.

This is what we’ve termed the three pillars of success: Community (social & relational), Individual (emotional, physical & psychological) and Career (Financial, Accountability & Growth). Each one is a lever for achievement and through our team, we’ll help you identify what areas to tap into and when to make sure you are supported in achieving identifiable, measurable, yet challenging, goals.

You’re not broken and there’s nothing wrong with you. You’re human and you’re a woman, which means you’re far more skilled at managing life than your probably give yourself credit for. We’re just here to give you much needed support and to make sure you’re playing full out in your career. Our mission is to help women be the bold, brave, groundbreaking, and balanced executives that they are capable of being.

We’re on your team.

We’re here to help you figure out your own stuff (because you’re capable, you just need some support).

And we’re committed to making sure you get every raise and penny that you’ve worked so hard for.

You’ve already earned your gold medal. We’re just here to make sure you get it and know that you no longer have to climb alone.
